1. Fraud & Account Usage Policy

At DNDS GAMING INC, we uphold the highest standards of integrity and ethical conduct. We

maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards fraudulent behavior or misuse of our services.

Fraudulent

activities include, but are not limited to: unauthorized access to accounts, use of stolen financial

information, manipulation of services or systems, misrepresentation of identity, and engagement in

scams of any kind.

In the event that fraudulent activity is reported or detected, DNDS GAMING INC reserves the right to

immediately freeze the associated account(s) without prior notice.

This action is taken to protect the

company's assets, safeguard our community, and uphold our reputation. The account will remain

frozen until the account holder provides verifiable and sufficient evidence that refutes the allegations

of fraudulent activity.

We retain the sole discretion to determine the legitimacy of the evidence presented. If fraudulent

behavior is confirmed, DNDS GAMING INC reserves the right to terminate the account permanently

and cooperate with legal authorities as necessary.

All users are responsible for ensuring the lawful

use of their accounts and must comply with our terms of service at all times.

2. No Refund Policy on Purchased Credits

All purchases made on the DNDS GAMING INC platform, including but not limited to digital credits,

in-game currency, or subscription-based features, are final and non-refundable.

By completing a

purchase transaction, users explicitly agree to waive their right to request a refund, irrespective of

usage, performance, or dissatisfaction with the service.

This policy is in place to protect the integrity of our digital ecosystem and to prevent exploitation of

refund systems.

Credits purchased may be subject to expiration or forfeiture if the user is found in

violation of company policies or terms of service.

We advise users to carefully review their purchases prior to confirmation and to ensure that their

account information is correct and secure.

DNDS GAMING INC will not be held responsible for

accidental purchases, purchases made by unauthorized parties, or issues resulting from user

negligence.

3. Limitation of Liability Policy

DNDS GAMING INC provides account-based services and digital products on an "as-is" and

"as-available" basis.

While we strive to maintain the highest levels of service availability and

performance, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.

By using our services, users acknowledge and accept that DNDS GAMING INC is not liable for any

loss, damage, or negative consequences arising from the use or misuse of any account or service

provided by the company. 

This includes but is not limited to: unauthorized access by third parties,

account compromise, data breaches, or actions taken by the account holder or associated users.

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, securing

their devices, and monitoring account activity. 

DNDS GAMING INC disclaims all liability for actions

taken by users or third parties through any account or service, whether authorized or unauthorized.

In no event shall DNDS GAMING INC be liable for any indirect, incidental,

special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or

related to your use of the services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
